Low Cost Air Carrier Fly Jinnah
Fly Jinnah, Pakistan's newest low-cost carrier (LCC), announced on Tuesday that it had received its Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and Air Operating License (AOL). This will enable the airline to begin operations as Pakistan's fifth private carrier from Karachi International Airport
According to its chairman, Fly Jinnah's operations will provide Pakistanis with cost-effective and dependable air travel. Iqbal Ali claims that the airline will also aid in job creation and economic expansion within the nation. Fly Jinnah Chairman Iqbal Ali stated, "We look forward to launching Fly Jinnah's operations, serving the strategic vision of Pakistan's travel and tourism sector, contributing to the country's economic growth and the creation of jobs, and providing Pakistanis with reliable and value-for-money air travel."
A new chapter in Fly Jinnah's young journey begins today. Adel Al Ali, CEO of Air Arabia: This achievement demonstrates our determination to uphold the highest possible safety standards throughout airline operations. We are excited to soon welcome our first customer aboard the Fly Jinnah. We are confident that "Fly Jinnah" will significantly benefit Pakistan's air transport industry, and we would like to express our gratitude to the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority for their assistance throughout the entire process of obtaining the AOC
Fly Jinnah, a domestic low-cost airline, has obtained the necessary licenses to begin flying from Jinnah International Airport. It received a Regular Public Transport license from the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PC AA) last year. FJ is a joint venture between the Air Arabia Group, one of Pakistan's leading business conglomerates
The Larson Group and the Air Arabia Group are partners in the venture known as FJ. After receiving approval from the federal government, the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PC AA) granted it a Regular Public Transport license last year. It is the Middle East and North Africa's first and largest low-cost carrier
The airline says it has met all professional capabilities, adheres to all safety regulations, and is safe and secure. "Securing the AOC and AOL confirms that Fly Jinnah has met all the professional requirements, adheres to all safety regulations, and has proven safe and secure to operate as a passenger and cargo airline following the completion of rigorous inspections by the PC AA," the press release reads, elaborating that the airline was in "full compliance" with all technical and operational requirements set by the PC AA
Iqbal Ali Lakhani, Chairman of FJ, stated that the company was eager to begin operations and contribute to the economy and that a great deal of effort had been put into obtaining the licenses. Adel Al Ali, CEO of Air Arabia Group, stated that FJ would significantly benefit Pakistan's air transport industry
Air Arabia Group CEO Adel Al Ali says FJ will add "significant value" to the country's air transport sector. The company is looking forward to launching its operations and contributing to the economy, PC AA says. "We thank the PC AA for their support throughout the entire process of obtaining the AOC, and we are confident that FJ will add significant value to the air transport sector of Pakistan," the press release quoted Air Arabia Group CEO Adel Al Ali as saying
According to the press release, the airline needed to demonstrate that it had fully trained and qualified personnel, infrastructure, systems, processes, and procedures in place to guarantee the public's and employees' safety both on the ground and in the air. Three Airbus A320s will be used by the airline, which will be based in Karachi
