Rainfall to begin in Pakistan during first 10 days of Ramazan

According to Pakistan's Meteorological Department, the country is likely to experience its first monsoon rainfall during the first 10 days of the holy month of Ramazan. The department also forecasts an average monsoon season, with the possibility of above-normal rainfall in some areas. The monsoon season usually lasts from July to September, providing much-needed water for agriculture and replenishing the country's water reservoirs. However, heavy rainfall can also cause flooding, landslides and damage to infrastructure. The government has urged citizens to take necessary precautions and has initiated measures to mitigate the potential impact of the monsoon season.
